● Can I easily reach your hotel?
Our hotel is easily accessible by car, taxi, or bus. For more information on the exact location, please visit the Us and the Region section on our website.
● How can I access the Spa?
Access to the Spa is included in the room rate, except for Massages, Treatments, and Rituals. In those cases, please refer to The Spa section on our website. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a bathrobe, slippers and a towel, which you can use to access our Spa.
● Where can I book treatments and massages?
You can book any Massage or Treatment at the reception desk or by calling us from your room.
● Is the hotel Restaurant included in the price? Are there different meal plans available?
We usually offer half-board, which includes breakfast and dinner. Full-board (including lunch) can be requested at the time of booking for an additional cost of €40 per person per day.
Drinks at the Bar are not included in the price.
● Is it possible to attend events or conferences?
Mahr Hotel organizes various events based on the season and opportunities provided by special guests or our community. Participation in events is usually free. For conferences, you can request attendance either at the time of booking or upon arrival at the hotel. The cost is €50 per person.
● Can I use the meeting room?
You can book the meeting room at any time during your stay.
● How can I book a Room?
To book, simply click the “Book Now” button on the page dedicated to each room. This button will direct you to our email; just specify the dates you wish to stay at Mahr and the name of the chosen room. Once availability is confirmed, we will contact you with a confirmation email.
● What are the differences between the Rooms?
Our Rooms vary in size (22, 25, and 30 m²) and consequently in price. Additionally, each room features a unique design and theme, tailored to suit every guest’s preferences and ensure comfort. Visit the dedicated section on our website to compare them and choose the one that suits you best.
